Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information PM2Hub handles when you use the website and desktop application. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to pm2hub@gmail.com →.
Information stored on your computer
PM2Hub is designed to manage your local PM2 environment. Process settings, application preferences, local activity, and the information needed to show your PM2 processes are kept on your device. The application stores its license state locally and uses your operating system's secure keychain for the license key where available.
License activation
When you activate or verify a license, PM2Hub sends the license key and product identifier to Gumroad's license-verification service. Gumroad responds with the status of the purchase. PM2Hub does not collect your payment card details.
Purchases
PM2Hub licenses are sold through Gumroad. Gumroad processes purchase, billing, order, and subscription information under its own privacy policy. PM2Hub may receive the information necessary to support a purchase, such as the order email or license status.
Optional crash reports and support
Crash reporting is opt-in. If you enable it, PM2Hub can send technical crash information to Sentry to help diagnose a problem. Session replay and performance tracing are not enabled. PM2Hub also attempts to redact environment values and license keys. If you choose to contact support or send a diagnostic report, we receive the information you decide to include. Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys, or customer data.
Website, downloads, and logs
The website is hosted by Netlify and installers are delivered through GitHub Releases. Those providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time, and security logs to operate and protect their services. PM2Hub does not use advertising trackers or behavioral analytics on this website.
How we use information
We use information to provide downloads and license activation, respond to support requests, secure and improve PM2Hub, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and sharing
Local application data remains on your computer until you remove it or uninstall the application. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain appropriate records. We share data only with the service providers needed for the purposes described here, such as Gumroad, Netlify, GitHub, and Sentry when crash reporting is enabled.
Your choices
You can use the Free plan without creating a PM2Hub account, decline optional crash reporting, contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, and manage your Gumroad subscription through Gumroad. We may need to retain limited information where required by law or to prevent fraud.
Changes
We may update this policy as PM2Hub changes. The current version will always be available on this page with its effective date.
