Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the PM2Hub website, desktop application, and PM2Hub license. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using PM2Hub, you agree to these Terms.
Using PM2Hub
PM2Hub is a local desktop application for working with PM2 processes. You are responsible for your computers, services, configurations, data, access controls, backups, and any actions you take through the application. PM2Hub does not operate, host, or monitor your servers for you.
Free plan and license
The Free plan permits management of up to two processes. A paid PM2Hub license permits unlimited processes and all features available in the paid plan during an active license period. The license is personal to the purchaser or the organization that purchased it and may not be resold, rented, shared unlawfully, or used to provide access to PM2Hub as a service.
Purchases and renewal
PM2Hub licenses are purchased through Gumroad. Checkout, billing, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and payment details are handled by Gumroad under its terms and policies. A paid license is yearly and remains active while the related subscription is active. After expiry or an inactive subscription, PM2Hub returns to Free-plan limits. Your local configurations are not deleted by this change.
License verification
Activation requires an internet connection so PM2Hub can verify the license key with Gumroad. PM2Hub may verify a license again when it is due for renewal. A short grace period can be provided when verification is temporarily unavailable. An invalid, refunded, disputed, charged-back, or inactive purchase does not provide paid-plan access.
Updates and third-party services
PM2Hub may provide application updates. The application also works with third-party software and services, including PM2, Node.js, GitHub releases, Gumroad, Netlify, and optional Sentry crash reporting. Their availability and terms are outside PM2Hub's control.
Acceptable use
Do not use PM2Hub to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with systems you do not have permission to manage, bypass license restrictions, reverse engineer the software except where law allows it, or introduce malicious code.
Disclaimer and liability
PM2Hub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PM2Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free software, or that use of the application will prevent downtime or data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PM2Hub's total liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for PM2Hub during the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and contact
